How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (within 1–3 business days of payment), you'll receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Do you ship to all cities in Israel?

Yes, we ship to all addresses across Israel — including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Be'er Sheva, and all other cities and towns.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Contact us first to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately via our Contact Page with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24–48 hours — no shipping cost to you.

Are your products compatible with Israeli power standards?

Yes. All electronics we sell are compatible with standard Israeli voltage (220V/50Hz) unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Do the products come with a warranty?

All Gadjet Online products come with a minimum 6-month quality guarantee. If any product develops a defect within this period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
