Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked international courier. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Israeli public holidays.

Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout for expedited delivery in 5–8 business days. Express orders are processed first and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₪350. Applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a unique tracking number. Once your order is dispatched (within 1–3 business days), you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Monitor your package's journey in real time, every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to Israel, most packages arrive without additional customs fees. In the rare case that customs duties apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
