30-Day Return Window
You have 30 full days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking
- Products physically damaged by the customer are not eligible for a full refund
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First: Reach out via our Contact Page with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Receive Instructions: Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
- Ship the Item: Package your item securely using the original box where possible.
- Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — and cover all associated shipping costs. Simply send us a photo of the issue via our Contact Page.
Exchanges
Want a different color or variant? We're happy to exchange any item within the 30-day window. Contact us and we'll arrange it directly.
